Thank you for choosing Mahadev Book. These Terms and Conditions create an agreement between you and Mahadev Book. They control how you use the website at mahadev book along with its apps, APIs and related services.

To use some parts of the Platform you must make an account. When you sign up you agree to:

- Keep your account details up to date at all times.

- Take responsibility for everything that happens on your account.
- Tell Mahadev Book away if there is any unauthorized access, security issue or strange activity.
Mahadev Book is not responsible for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your account details. If someone else uses your account. You agree to help Mahadev Book check any misuse.

4. Allowed and Forbidden Uses
Allowed Uses
You can use the Mahadev Book Platform for its intended purposes. You must follow these Terms and all laws.
Forbidden Uses
You are not allowed to do any of the following on the Platform:
- Use the Platform for anything dishonest or unauthorized.
- Break any state, national or international law.
- Try to get into Mahadev Book servers, user accounts or systems without permission.
- Send viruses, malware or harmful code.
- Do anything that causes problems or stops the Platform from working.
- Use. Tools to take content or data.
- Act like someone or say you are connected to an organization.
- Harass, threaten or harm any user or third party.
- Try to bypass security or control features.
- Send spam, chain letters or pyramid schemes.
- Try to reverse engineer or change the Platform’s software.
- Make accounts for fraud or to avoid rules.
Breaking these rules can lead to your account being blocked money lost and legal actions.
5. Money Transactions, Deposits and Withdrawals
All money activities, like deposits, withdrawals and transfers are under these rules:
- You must make sure all payment details, bank info and UPI are correct.
- All transactions must go through checks like KYC as required by laws and RBI rules.
- Mahadev Book can stop, delay or reject any transaction that seems strange or against the rules.
- Deposits and withdrawals can take times depending on the method, banking hours and rules.
- You must pay any taxes or fees for your transactions as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Mahadev Book does not promise that payment services are always available. It is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party services or network issues.

6. Ownership of Ideas and Content
Mahadev Book or its owners own all content, materials and features on the Platform. This includes text, images, videos, software and more.
- Indian and global laws, like the Copyright Act, 1957 protect this content.
- You get a personal non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform for personal non-commercial reasons.
- Any copying, sharing or changing of Mahadev Book’s content without permission is not allowed. This can lead to action.
7. Warnings and Limitations of Responsibility
No Guarantees
The Mahadev Book Platform and all services are given "as is" and "as available." No guarantees are given. Mahadev Book says no warranties, including:
- Warranty that the Platform works well or is safe.
- Warranty that the content is accurate or useful.
- Warranty that the Platform is free of errors or viruses.
Nothing you hear or read from Mahadev Book creates any guarantee.
Responsibility Limits
Mahadev Book and its people are not responsible for any indirect or other kinds of losses like:
- Loss of profits, data or business.
- Costs to get services.
- Any intangible losses.
This applies even if the issue is from a contract, mistake or other reasons.

8. Compensation
You agree to protect, pay for and keep Mahadev Book, its partners, owners and others, from any claims, losses or costs that come from:
- Your. Violation of these Terms.
- Your use of the Platform, including any content, data or information you submit. Receive.
- Your violation of any third-party right including any property, private, privacy or publicity right.
- Your violation of any law, regulation or government order.
- Any claim that your content or actions caused harm to a party.
Mahadevbook has the right, at its cost to take over the defense and control of any matter that should be covered by your indemnification, in which case you agree to fully help Mahadevbook in defending such claims.
9. Termination of Account
Mahadevbook has the right, at its own choice to suspend, limit or permanently end your account and your access to the Platform at any time with or without earlier notice and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Real or suspected breaking of these Terms.
- Participating in illegal, unpleasant or unauthorized actions.
- Long period of not using your account.
- Instructions from police agencies or government officials.
- Inability to confirm your identity or the details provided during registration.
- Unexpected. Change of the Platform or any part of the Services.
- Any other reason that Mahadevbook thinks is needed to protect the interests of the Platform, its users or the public.
When your account ends:
- Your right to use the Platform will stop away.
- Mahadevbook may at its choice delete your account data and all related information.
- Any money left may be lost, depending on the laws.
- All parts of these Terms that should stay after ending will stay, including but not limited to ownership parts, warranty parts, indemnification and limits on responsibility.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will follow be. Be used according to the laws of the Republic of India without considering its laws about conflicts. Any legal case, action or process that comes from these Terms or the Platform will happen in the correct courts in India.
You agree to the courts and give up any problem with where the case is held including any problem based on the idea of not convenient place.
If Mahadevbook doesn't use any right or part of these Terms that doesn't mean that right or part is given up. Waivers must be in writing. Signed by a person who is allowed to speak for Mahadev Book.
11. Dispute Resolution
If there is a problem, disagreement, difference or issue from these Terms including if they exist are correct,'re understood, are used are broken or are ended (all together called a "Dispute") the two sides will first try to solve it in a friendly way with honest talks.
If the Dispute can't be solved within thirty (30) days from the day the problem is told in writing it will be sent to. Solved by a decision that both sides must follow according to the rules in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as it changes.
The decision will be made like this:
- The decision will be made by one person chosen by both sides.
- The place and place of the decision will be India.
- The language used in the decision will be English.
- The decision will be final. Must be followed by both sides and it can be used in any correct court.
Even if this is the case Mahadevbook can ask a court to help protect its rights about secrets or special information.
12. Changes to These Terms
Mahadevbook can change, update or replace any part of these Terms anytime without telling users. When changes happen we will:
- Change the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
- Post the Terms on this page.
- Tell users about changes through a clear message on the Platform or by email.
It is your job to check these Terms often to know about changes. If you keep using the Platform after changes are made that means you agree to the Terms. If you don't agree you must stop using the Platform.
13. Severability
If a correct court says any part, clause or part of these Terms is not allowed, not not good or cannot be used we will think that part is not part of these Terms. This decision won't change the good allowed and can be used parts.
The other parts will still be there. Will be used as much as possible to match what the two sides wanted.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and any other legal pages, guides or rules that Mahadev Book posts on the Platform are the only agreement between you and Mahadev Book about using the Platform and the Services.
These Terms replace all agreements, talks, discussions, promises, guarantees and other things whether they were said or written, between you and Mahadevbook about what is in these Terms. No way of not using a part of these Terms is seen as using that part or any other part.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mahadev Book Terms
Do I have to agree to the Terms before using the platform?
Yes. When you register, log in or look at the Platform you say you have read and agreed to be tied by these Terms. If you don't agree to any part of this agreement you must stop using the Platform away.

Yes. Mahadevbook can stop, limit or end any account as it wants with or without telling you especially if theres suspicion of actions breaking the Terms not using the account for a long time or orders from police.
Which laws control these Terms?
These Terms are under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal case from these Terms or the Platform will be in the courts in India.
How do disputes get solved under this agreement?
Disputes are first tried to be solved with talks. If they are not solved in 30 days they go to a decision that both sides must follow, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with India as the place.
