These Terms and Conditions form a legally enforceable contract betwe en you and Mahadev book, and govern your access to and use of the website located at https://mahadevbook.cv, along with its associated mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using our Services. By registering, logging in, browsing, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. You must not have any prior suspension or removal from the Platform by Mahadevbook.
Your use of the Platform must comply with the laws of your country, state, or territory.
By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all the above eligibility requirements. Mahadevbook reserves the absolute right to deny service, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that violates this clause, without prior notice or refund.
3. User Account and Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a user account. During the registration process, you agree to the following obligations:
You must provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
You must keep your account information updated at all times to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

You accept full and sole responsibility for all activities, transactions, and communications that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify Mahadevbook of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspicious activity related to your account.
Mahadevbook does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from any unauthorized use of your account that results from such failure. You agree to fully cooperate with Mahadevbook in investigating any suspected unauthorized or unlawful use of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Mahadev book Platform solely for its intended lawful purposes, in strict accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or ordinance.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Mahadev book’s servers, user accounts, databases, or computer systems.
- Uploading, distributing, or transmitting viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or any other malicious or harmful code.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or impairs the proper functioning of the Platform.
- Scraping, data mining, crawling, or using automated bots, scripts, or tools to extract content or data from the Platform.
- Impersonating any person, entity, or Mahadev book representative, or falsely claiming affiliation with any organization.
- Harassing, threatening, defaming, or otherwise harming any other user or third party through the Platform.
- Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with any security features, digital rights management, or access-control mechanisms of the Platform.
- Using the Platform to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Platform’s software or technology.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of fraud, abuse, or circumventing restrictions.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of funds, and initiation of appropriate legal proceedings against you.
5. Financial Transactions, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial activities conducted through the Mahadevbook Platform, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and settlements, are subject to the following conditions:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of all payment details, bank account information, and UPI credentials provided to the Platform.
- All transactions are subject to mandatory verification, including KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, as required under applicable laws and RBI guidelines.
- Mahadevbook reserves the right to hold, delay, suspend, or reject any transaction that appears suspicious, inconsistent with your usage pattern, or in potential violation of these Terms.
- Processing times for deposits and withdrawals may vary based on the payment method, banking hours, intermediary banks, and applicable regulatory procedures.
- You are solely responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or charges associated with your transactions, as per the Income Tax Act, 1961, and other relevant statutes.
- Mahadevbook does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of payment services and shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or losses caused by third-party payment gateways, banking institutions, or network disruptions.
All financial disputes must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the dispute being considered resolved.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Mahadevbook Platform and all associated Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mahadevbook expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
- Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any content, information, or materials available through the Platform.
- Warranties that any defects in the Platform will be corrected.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Mahadevbook or through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mahadevbook, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, affiliates, licensors, and successors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
- Loss of use, opportunity, or anticipated savings.
- Procurement of substitute goods or services.
- Any intangible losses or damages of any kind whatsoever.
Such limitations shall apply regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if Mahadevbook has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mahadevbook, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation or breach of these Terms.
- Your use of the Platform, including any content, data, or information you submit, transmit, or receive.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, proprietary, privacy, or publicity right.
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or governmental order.

Mahadevbook reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to fully cooperate with Mahadevbook in defending such claims.
9. Termination of Account
Mahadevbook reserves the absolute right, at its sole and exclusive discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Actual or suspected violation of these Terms.
- Engagement in fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
- Prolonged inactivity on your account for an extended period.
- Requests or directives from law enforcement agencies or government authorities.
- Inability to verify your identity or the information provided during registration.
- Unexpected discontinuation or modification of the Platform or any part of the Services.
- Any other reason that Mahadevbook reasonably believes is necessary to protect the interests of the Platform, its users, or the public.
Upon termination of your account:
- Your right to access and use the Platform shall immediately cease.
- Mahadevbook may, at its discretion, delete your account data and all related information.
- Any pending balances or funds may be forfeited, subject to applicable laws.
- All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If the Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the Dispute, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The arbitration shall be conducted as follows:
